Release Waivers

Players must be 10 years or older to play at our fields, that is our insurance requirement.

We require all participants to fill out a waiver prior to playing at our fields.

We do have a computer filing system in which we can file your waiver and track your visits for one calendar year.  Our calendar year starts each January, you will need a new waiver each January.

For each filed waiver we will track your visits, each 6th visit will be on us (a $20.00 value).

Parents, if your son or daughter is under 18, and you would like to send in a signed waiver for us to file it will need to be notarized for us to do this.
